Paint-Your-Own Snapping Turtle Ornament

Swim into the holidays with this great turtle ornament, printed from a digital scan of a real common snapping turtle (Chelydra serpentina). It's already primed and ready to paint, so you can create a completely personalized masterpiece; recreate the real species' coloration in exacting detail, or go wild with a rainbow of metallics, neons, and glow in the dark paints!

Each turtle ornament comes with lengths of both clear fishing line and festively colored ribbon, so you can tie your own tree hanger (or simply keep it as a desk ornament). Use the fishing line to create a transparent hanging effect as if the critter is swimming through the air, or dangle it from a ribbon like it's gotten itself all tangled in the holiday gift wrap! (Ribbon color is random, and may be red, green, gold, or silver). Paint, sealant, and other supplies are not included.

Please note that this mini reproduction is a completely accurate reproduction of this turtle... right down to the claws! Their claws are pointy and can scratch, so please handle with care. The points can be sanded down with any sort of small file if you'd like to blunt them.
