Vintage Bat Illustrations Frosted Glass Mug 11 oz

This ode to vintage illustration features a collection of bats (order Chiroptera), as depicted in 1899 by illustrator Ernst Haeckel. The detailed renderings of their adorable little faces are not just entertainingly cute, but also a great example of how widely bats vary in their appearance and adaptations! The species featured are the brown long-eared bat, lesser long-eared bat, spectral bat, greater spear-nosed bat, Antillean ghost-faced bat, wrinkle-faced bat, Mexican funnel-eared bat, and thumbless bat.
